Shipping Policy
Due to weather conditions, deliveries with carrier may be delayed and is out of our control. The times listed at this time are approx. We cannot control any delays once tracking is received. We will work with you to stay up to date on your item and make sure it's delivered to you. As always, at any time you can email us or text our business number for further assistances.
All shipping is through United States Postal Service. Tracking numbers are also provided with every order. All items that does not say preorder are in stock and on hand.

Order processing takes 1-3 days. Shipping is 1-8 business days depending on your location.
Pick up for local customers are same day within 30 minutes to a hour. Pick up varies during holidays. Shopping is 24/7 on the website. Orders do not ship or process on holidays.
Pick Up Orders (unavailable until further notice)
Orders must be picked up with 7 days. After 14 days you will receive a invoice per day with a fee of $5 for each day your order is not picked up. Day 7 we send a email informing you of our policy's and offer you to pay a invoice to have your order shipping. We can not make any exceptions with this policy. As of day 20 you will receive a store credit. We will send email reminders when orders are not picked up. You will receive a text from our business number and a email the first day of pick up. Any reminders after you will only receive a reminder via email. Any outstanding invoices must be paid before your next order is received whether it's a pickup, delivery or shipping order. This is to afford any lost packages and overstocks that other customers may have wanted.

Pre Orders or Order delays
We do offer pre order items. Please pay attention to the date of arrival. Once preorders are in stock you receive a auto update on your order being processed. Once your tracking number is generated you will receive an additional email. Any delays or change in stock date of your preorder item, we will send you an email on an option to wait for the item to be in stock or a store credit. Please be aware stock date is not the 24-48 processing date. Please allow us time to update and give you the proper details so that you don't have any further delays in the shipping of delayed preorders. Items that are preorders will have detailed information in description box on the item page, so please read the entire description before placing your order.

Verify that shipping address provided is correct. Any lost packages we are not responsible for. Any returned items for wrong address, you will be responsible for shipping cost. An email will be submitted to you with a invoice. Once orders are mail, we have no control of delayed shipping or lost products. We will help to locate your packages and inform you how to submit a claim with usps if needed. Packages stolen from address is out of our control, so be sure you are home for packages that cannot fit in your mailbox or request for pick up after you receive your tracking information.
